Milk provides calcium, Vitamin D, protein, and is also good for satisfying hunger. But what if you can’t drink cow or goat’s milk? I don't know why but during pregnancy when I drink cowmilk it just ended up with vomiting. but after consuming vegan milk there are no side effects I had to deal with.
